We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returning Items
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. In cases where the issue is our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If your country of residence is outside the United Kingdom, return shipping times may take longer than expected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different size or item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
